Shipping policy
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing, however we will endeavour to send your package as quickly as possible.
We process orders from Monday to Friday.
Carbon Neutral Delivery
We ship our orders with Sendle. This partnership enables us to have 100% Carbon Neutral Delivery by offsetting CO2 emissions.
Eco-friendly Packaging
We send our products in either 100% compostable satchels or 100% recycled cardboard boxes, depending on the size and weight of your parcel.
Our packing materials, used to keep your parcels safe, are either tissue paper, honeycomb kraft paper or cardboard boxes. We re-use our packing materials as much as possible to minimise waste.
Our parcels are sealed with landfill-biodegradable packing tape.
Our shipping labels are compostable.
On the rare occasion that any plastic packaging is found in your order, it has been reused from our few suppliers that were unable to send without plastic alternatives. So rather than replace their plastic packaging for an alternative, we're giving it another life to reduce overall waste.
Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Sendle which will include your Tracking Number.
Domestic - Australia
Currently we offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $200 AUD.
Shipping for all orders under $200 AUD is calculated by weight.
In general, Perth deliveries can be expected to arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2 to 3 business days.

International - Delivery Zones and Timeframe
- Zone 1 (New Zealand) - 10 to 16 business days
- Zones 2, 3 & 4 (Asia & the Pacific, North America & Western Europe) - 10 to 28 business days
- Zone 5 (All other regions) - 14 to 30 business days

International - Import Liabilities and Taxes
Each country has its own import tax and duty laws, which may incur additional fees upon arrival in the destination country. Please check your country purchase limits before placing an order. Fox & Wren does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country.
Some items on our website may not be accepted by your local customs. As every country has its own laws, please check with the relevant authority before purchasing to ensure the product can be legally imported into your country. Fox & Wren is not responsible if an item is denied by customs of the destination country.
Please note: Fox & Wren is not responsible for any customs delays, or any additional duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Any orders that are rejected by local customs for any reason whatsoever cannot be returned to Fox & Wren for a refund or exchange.
Incorrect Address
If you accidentally provided us with the wrong address, please let us know immediately by sending an email to eloisa@foxandwren.com.au
If your parcel has already been shipped, then unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped. The cost of reshipping the parcel is payable by the customer.
Return to Sender
Fox & Wren is not responsible for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered, please first check with your local post office before contacting us.
Responsibility for Secure Addresses and Collection of Parcels
Our shipping service does not always require a signature. In this case, the driver will leave your order at the front door, letterbox or safe place. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Fox & Wren is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or your address is not safe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend using an alternate secure address.
P.O. Box Shipping
Our shipping partner, Sendle does not currently deliver to P.O. Box addresses, this is why we have especially created the P.O. Box option in the shipping method section of the checkout. If you have a P.O. Box address, then you will need to select this option so we can send your order via standard parcel post.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping has a heavier carbon footprint than regular shipping, which is why we do not offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service. In general, Perth (Western Australia) deliveries can be expected to arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2 to 3 days.
