Join us for a rejuvenating morning of yoga, mindfulness and matcha.
Explore the ancient modality of yoga and Fox & Wren's range of conscious lifestyle offerings which together promote healing, mindfulness and wellbeing.
Lauren from Tulita Yoga will be guiding you through a grounding meditation and breath work that will lead into a centering all-abilities vinyasa flow. Connect mind with body, breath with movement and individual with community.
Eloisa will share some of her favourite products for the mind, body and spirit which you will experience throughout the morning and have the opportunity to purchase at the end of the workshop. Included in your ticket is an iced matcha latte for you to enjoy as a post yoga refreshment, made with Fox & Wren's organic matcha and homemade almond milk. From its verdant green hues, ancient history and plethora of health benefits, matcha is a drink that truly embodies wellness.
