Ingredient: 100% Certified Organic Matcha Green Tea
Brew Guide: Sift approximately 1 teaspoon or 2 bamboo scoops of matcha into matcha bowl. Add 60 - 80ml of hot but not boiling water (70°C) and thoroughly whisk with bamboo whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy. Pour shot of matcha into your drinking cup or glass and enjoy.
For a matcha latte, top up with steamed milk of choice. For an iced matcha, top up with ice and milk of choice. Add pure honey or maple syrup to sweeten if desired.
